NewsBall has exclusively learned that the main killer of 16 year old Skylar Neese will be heading to court on August 2, 2013 to face a slew of charges including 1st degree murder, kidnapping, lying to authorities, & more. According to our source who is a family member of the killer & who wishes to remain anonymous, it is on this day that she will be charged as an adult & that the mass media will start to report the name Shelia Eddy to the public. Rachel Shoaf is “hands down” getting 40 years when she is sentenced at “the end of July“.

In our conversations with the family member that has now spanned over two weeks, they shed some light on numerous aspects of the past year’s saga. Revelations that:

while the state police were unable to do anything, led by State Trooper Berry, & Morgantown police remained with their thumbs up their asses, the FBI – led by Agent Morgan – initially were on a clueless wild goose chase because they were “hell-bent” on arresting Dylan Conaway & Kevin Willard for the murder. Months were wasted while Skylar was decomposing….
Towards the end of 2012, when attention was finally focused on Shelia Eddy & Rachel Shoaf, the FBI started building a massive amount of information on them through wiretapping their phones. With neither of them having a car, authorities knew that both of them would rely on what they thought were private calls & texts. It is a slippery slope now as to what can or can’t be used. The laws regarding wiretaps vary from state to state and can be very complicated.

Shania Ammons was not really a friend of Skylar’s at all.
Skylar’s diary revealed how much she “loved” Shelia.
the confessions Shelia Eddy has made to both her lawyer, & then to her mother.
Other facts have been made clearer as well, such as the arrest at Cracker Barrel was both a planned public event & a last meal in which Shelia’s mother Tara Eddy served her daughter up to the cops on a silver platter by walking Shelia out as soon as they pulled in & more.

In the very least, its heart wrenching to hear a close family member’s realization that the bond with a loved one is no more.

Below is 36 minutes of information containing aspects of the case the authorities don’t want you to know. They have failed to provide Morgantown, West Virginia with a press conference of any sort on the murder of Skylar Neese – which is unheard of. So here you go. We have the original audio, but the voice of Anonymous shall be our representative to protect our source.

In other news, Raven Lester has taken the role of loud mouth & obnoxious Shania Ammons by putting herself out there front & center. Unlike Shania who finally wised up & took her social media private after this showcased collage onslaught showing the best of her mouth, Raven is definitely as brazen as the killer she said goodbye to on May 1st. Now her twitter features a “FREE MY NIGGA SQUEEZIE” reference – which is Shelia’s pet name. Also she now showcases a picture of Alexis Eddy – none other then the killer’s cousin! Seems Raven will never learn that 1) it’s not good to become friends with a known killer just for their last month of freedom as was the case with her friendship of Shelia Eddy, & 2) it’s also not good to pour salt on the wounds of all of Skylar’s supporters & family who hate the Eddy’s to death – by all of a sudden promoting ties to the killer’s family on the heels of the killer’s court date by picturing who, but none other then the killer’s cousin! Alexis Eddy has very few friends for a reason these days, & for Raven Lester to have this reckless disregard & lack of sympathy for the victim’s family & community in this ongoing tragedy is sickening. Just like she randomly became friends with Shelia Eddy just for April 2013 before being arrested, now she randomly flaunts her support & friendship for the killer’s cousin:

It is definitely telling of the kind of person she is that she is publicly supporting Shelia Eddy with her idiotic “FREE MY NIGGA SQUEEZIE” slang in reference to freeing Shelia Eddy (her pet name for her), & really poor taste to randomly all of a sudden associate with Alexis Eddy so publicly again, especially since she knows the scrutiny she is under. Maybe when Shelia Eddy is finally thrust into the public spotlight on August 2, she will reconsider. We are now reconsidering our initial content on Raven Lester as not being harsh enough. We had received some negative criticism at that time saying Raven Lester may have been oblivious to the rumors & that is why she was not embarrassed to publicly associate with a killer & invite her to prom (which our interview above rejects), but this is now proof & vindication for NewsBall that Raven Lester knew Shelia Eddy was a killer the whole time, still supports the killer, & is now calling for the killer’s release.

Alexis Eddy has resurfaced (1) (2), also sporting the “free my nigga squeezie” campaign push to let her cousin Shelia Eddy go home. Raven Lester & Alexis Eddy feel that Shelia Eddy has served enough time (2+ months) in juvenile detention for stabbing 16 year old Skylar Neese to death. They must be planning a birthday bash in time for Shelia’s 18th birthday on September 28, 2013……..

FYI Saturday, 7/20/2013, over a year after the murder, is finally Skylar Neese’s memorial service. Word is that Shania Ammons can finally leave for vacation with her “psycho granny” now that the funeral is over with. They cancelled their vacation so they could go to the two day viewing and funeral & dinner. Another source, this time a family member of Shania’s, told NewsBall “she is a YES person…anyone that tells her yes…she will buddy up to them until some other kind of drama comes along! Why Dave & Mary (Skylar’s parents) believe her…is the thousand dollar question. Dave & Mary have told Shania to stay away one day & then the next… they are friends again. I just don’t understand their way of thinking. Shelia & Shania become crazy close…& then all of a sudden Linda & Billy (Shania’s grandparents & guardians) put a lock down on Shania. Wouldn’t let her spend any more time with Sheila.”

Sticking with the article’s theme of stuff the authorities don’t want you to know, they don’t seem to want you to know where Rachel Shoaf & Shelia Eddy are either! One of our readers daughter’s was in custody with Rachel Shoaf until a few weeks ago. The staff in Wheeling, specifically “Billy”, threatened our reader that if her daughter told anyone that Rachel Shoaf was there with her, that she would be kept away from the others & implied that our reader would not be allowed to see her daughter. Also since they closed another juvenile facility in Salem down, Wheeling has became “insanely overcrowded.” Mattresses are on floors. The administration is “smart enough to keep Rachel alone in a room though” according to our reader. Well, here are both mailing addresses to write Shelia & Rachel!

Or should we say harass, taunt, & haunt Shelia Eddy & Rachel Shoaf? What happened Morgantown? Are any of the locals still at it? Just because they aren’t online anymore doesn’t mean the relentless wrath causing guilt trip should stop! Maybe you’ve lost your touch. Let us refresh your memory of some of your best work:

Well, as for me – I DID write to them both 2 weeks ago! & Shelia Eddy DID call me over the weekend to “meet me” by saying hi – for a very brief (calls are limited to under 10 minutes, few times a week) yet productive call as I did manage to verify what NewsBall’s family source said. She is fighting her case & denying her guilt. I’ve befriended her as a prison penpal figuring that they loved incriminating themselves so much online why would it stop now? As if juvi is making them all the wiser. Nah. So SHHHH! NewsBall is her outspoken hated enemy, but your writer Cole Bartiromo is her new best friend (for purposes of extracting information). 😉 A letter is on the way to me now – so any supporters of the killer’s can alert them if you’d like. Hurry hurry! Aw too late, damage done. The fake friendships purpose had a short lifespan anyway because once August 2 passes, the mass media will surely get their interviews, so on behalf of NewsBall – I infiltrated, befriended, & won Shelia Eddy over with a perception of me that she could relate to:
