UPDATE 7/24/2013: Officer Patrick Rehder phone records show he tipped off George Zimmerman + source says Zimmerman “has a police scanner to listen in to any nasty accidents near him in need of a super hero”.. Accident was real. The rest was staged!
3 days worth of updates are below, the latest is in RED
UPDATE 7/26: Officer Patrick Rehder wipes out Facebook & Twitter accounts, first going private with FB until deleting it completely – following lead of crash mom who already deleted her Facebook the day before. However, crash mom’s twitter remains (it has the only online mention that a crash indeed happened) Scroll to bottom of article for details…
UPDATE 7/26: An unconfirmed rumor from a contributor of our comments states: “rumor has it around here that Rehder’s related to Gerstle’s wife.” To put that clearer: The cop who tipped off Zimmerman is related to Crash Mom. This is just a rumor. Investigating now.
UPDATE 7/31: Zimmerman was reportedly pulled over for speeding OVER the weekend IN Texas WITH a gun, but let off with a warning. The dash cam video & our analysis, with an update on the staged hoax is at the bottom of this article. Wonder why that dash cam video doesn’t exist for the staged hoax?

George Zimmerman Trayvon Martin car crash accident saved hero family 4 parents kids suv rolled staged Mark Gerstle, 52, & Dana Michele Gerstle, 41, 911 calls
(left) The crash occurred at this intersection of I-4 and route Route 46 (right) Just 4 days after a happy Zimmerman is found not guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin, he supposedly saved a family of 4 from a burning car.

Less than a mile from where George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin, a new debate has erupted today after a reported car crash involving an SUV – carrying this family – flipped over:

None other than the 1 & only George Zimmerman was there to help get 2 parents & their 2 children out of a smoking car that had started to catch fire (according to initial media reports).

Asked if Zimmerman was being called a hero, sheriff spokeswoman Kim Cannaday said: ‘We’re not going that far.’

Conspiracy theorists to Trayvon supporters are out in full force claiming this was a completely staged incident – either by George Zimmerman himself (seems beyond his skill set) or by the state/federal government to quell the protests & riots by putting him in a better, more humanitarian light so that he isn’t as hunted anymore. NewsBall has decided to investigate this. Here are the findings.

Late Monday afternoon, we obtained the sheriff’s accident report which states there was an incident last Wednesday. The report identifies the adults in the flipped vehicle as a white couple with unnamed kids. The driver is Mark C. Gerstle, a pharmacist (his registered pharmacist details) & a native of Buffalo N.Y., & the woman is Dana Michelle Muffoletto Gerstle, a native of Daytona Beach, Fla. They live in Port Orange, Florida.

Here are pictures of the family, who happen to be white, as that was the million dollar question from the public. Not a single picture is being shown on any news outlet. Only here:

So they are real people, with established presences, named in the police report from the car crash incident. However, NewsBall can confirm that NONE of the family members mentioned ANYTHING about a car crash on social media – & this crash happened 5 days ago, but just now being leaked to the media! NONE of their brothers & sisters have mentioned anything online about their siblings crash like “Thank god for my sister & her husband, Sadie & Matthew’s safety“. No mention whatsoever. Strange? UPDATE 7/24: We have dug up the mother, Dana Gerstle’s twitter account & she DOES mention an accident to a friend or family member on the 18th.

This is the first mention of an accident anywhere online from anyone that was reported to be involved. Unless people believe this tweet was placed by a twitter account bearing the mother’s name on July 18th (but the day after the accident date on the police report) in preparation for this conspiracy, this accident DID happen. However, all signs point to everything after the accident being staged. Keep reading. More red updates below. Also, neither email address on the police report for Mark & Dana show up anywhere online, nor linked to any social media, & of course, the emails go unanswered: sadielmichelle@aol.com & gerstlem@aol.com Go ahead email them & ask them to confirm they were in this crash, why not one family member of theirs – let alone themselves – mention the incident from last week! Why do NO pictures exist of the car crash! Not from cops, not from media, not from witnesses with their ever handy cell phones & twitter apps ready to tweet away. Why? Did the state really stage this story using a family of 4’s identities to try & portray Zimmerman in a better light so people would not want to kill him & race protests would simmer down? This “happened” on Wednesday the 17th & the media is just now finding out today, Monday the 22nd.

As for the responding police officer to the crash scene, that would be Patrick Rehder.

The plot thickens as there is NO mention of Officer Rehder meeting George Zimmerman at the crash scene anywhere on his facebook, despite the July 17th incident being sandwiched in between continual support of George Zimmerman both before, & from the aftermath of the trial:

Responding officer to the scene, Patrick Rehder, whose facebook just adds even more doubt to the merits of this incident. A longtime vocal Zimmerman supporter on his wall before & after, but silent about his meeting with Zimmerman except 5 days afterwards to say “Well I kinda made the news” with a link to the story. These are just a few of the recent statuses on his facebook supporting Zimmerman, & his wall includes his superiority  complex as a cop & racism.

The day of the car accident.

Longtime supporter (& one source still being investigated by NB is claiming friend) of George Zimmerman, Officer Patrick Rehder’s cell phone records reveal a text or call to George Zimmerman right after the 5:47 PM crash was called in. This tipped Zimmerman off to the car crash accident & to get there to assist the family before Officer Rehder arrived. Zimmerman, still hiding out in the same neighborhood that he killed Trayvon Martin in, was less than a mile away to jump into action & be a hero with his passive aggressive approach KNOWING that his name on the police report would eventually be made public. We didn’t give Zimmerman enough credit – he had a larger role in orchestrating this than we thought was possible. A source confirming to NB that George Zimmerman is in possession of a police scanner so that he can listen in to accidents in the area “in need of a super hero” continues with the opinion of some that he continues to be a wannabee cop. The 2 sources together have left little doubt in our minds about this staged hoax.

George Zimmerman Trayvon Martin car crash accident saved hero family 4 parents kids suv rolled staged Mark Gerstle, 52, & Dana Michele Gerstle, 41, 911 calls Officer patrick rehder hoax staged
Officer Patrick Rehder tweeting “I love when someone thinks you do something you don’t do” & “Man I wish I could eat out everyday, like the welfare junkies” within 4 days apart, back to back tweets. Does this reveal a mindset in setting the stage for helping George Zimmerman’s image with this staged hoax of Zimmerman “saving” the family to look like a hero? UPDATE 7/24 11PM EASTERN: The cop has deleted his twitter & facebook. DELETED. Not made private, but actually DELETED both. Seems like extreme measures when private status isn’t even good enough…

Further backing the report of phone records obtained online by our source showing Zimmerman being tipped off to a crash half a mile up the road, Officer Rehder tweeted “I love when someone thinks you do something you don’t do” & “Man I wish I could eat out everyday, like the welfare junkies.” If the above is any indication of Officer Rehder’s mindset, he is a racist who loves making people think you do something you don’t do.” Hmm, kind of like George Zimmerman naturally stumbling across a family on the brink of death that needs a heroic saving? Sounds like further proof of the staged script after the real accident by an unwitting family.

Between the indicative tweets & the damning phone records, with Zimmerman’s ever handy police scanner the cherry on top, we reached out to Officer Rehder to see which came first, but he has declined an interview or to comment to NewsBall.

Last week, satirical website The Onion, known for putting out fake parody stories related to current events, reported that George Zimmerman had won Florida’s state lottery. Most people knew it was just a joke, but some fell for it & changed their entire view of him believing that karma must have made things right & gave him the financial means now to move on with his life. We laughed that joke off & thought “Wow, wouldn’t that have been crazy?” This car crash hero story seemed like something else The Onion would pull, but this is a well orchestrated operation that none other than the the state or feds could have led. It’s definitely beyond Zimmerman to have pulled this off himself with his friends.

The Gerstle’s are a real family of 4 that do live in the area, & they are listed on the police report as having been involved in a much less dramatic crash than the media reported with all their fancy glitter words of “saved”, “hero” & “fiery crash” being headlined. If it is somehow someway a real event, what an unlikely twist for this man if this family was indeed helped & partially “saved” by George Zimmerman. We would have had to rethink his level of guilt & evil because our position remains that those jurors were led by a bully in Juror B37 who intimidated the others, especially B29 – the only minority (hispanic) juror who wanted to leave because she wanted to convict. Karma works in mysterious ways & if he was found not guilty to remain out of jail to help this family survive – wouldn’t that be sweet justice after all. Our conclusion, however, is we are still NOT leaning towards a stranger than fiction, yet completely factual mind-boggler that George Zimmerman simply, miraculously, found himself at the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time – this time!

The family isn’t talking, but Sanford Police Capt. Jim McAuliffe told reporters that Zimmerman, 29, was identified by Mark Gerstle as the man who pulled him from the mangled vehicle last week. “George Zimmerman pulled me out,” firefighters were told.

The sheriff’s stated that the driver & passenger have expressed they are not interested in speaking with the media about this incident. They also never talked about it on their facebook walls. Nor did their family members. Nor did the responding office. Despite lots of talk of Zimmerman before & after the incident. & no pictures exist of the crash.

Neither Mark or Dana Gerstle had a comment to NewsBall by the time of this publication.

UPDATE 7/23: Instead of a response from either parent from the emails we sent them, Dana Gerstle’s facebook has suddenly disappeared a day after we took all of her pictures from it: https://www.facebook.com/dana.muffolettogerstle/photos, but her brother Joey Muffoletto & sister Angel Muffoletto Thurlow still remain on facebook – never mentioning anything about their sister’s car accident on their walls.

Zimmerman is just the gift that keeps on giving as now the Gerstle’s are being terrorized at their home, afraid they will become targets for hate mobs.

Mark Gerstle was in no mood to discuss Zimmerman when he arrived back at the family home today. He drove straight into his garage after speeding down the road past a few TV trucks & film crews waiting to speak with him. He screamed at reporters from his garage saying: ‘Go away. I’ve got nothing to say‘, clearly enraged that the media wanted to talk to him.

Maybe he is thinking twice about aiding (likely unwittingly) in this cover up in saying Zimmerman acquired superhuman strength in this moment of crisis (unlike his encounter with skinny Trayvon Martin) in pulling a heavy set Dad & his family out of the car (if it did happen) or his role in this over-dramatized script (if it did not). In the very least we now know from the police report no car was on fire & no one’s life was in danger once Zimmerman showed up.

Still large reward for the 6 jurors names & pictures

We still need the public’s help in identifying the names of the six female jurors, especially the bully of the group Juror B37 who went on CNN hidden in darkness a few weeks ago basically admitting to being the leader who guilt tripped the hold out vote into not causing a hung jury & forcing them to wait it out until they all switched to not guilty. A lot of curious readers out there would like to see what they look like. Even with the interview of juror B29 “Maddy” who showed her face yesterday, it is not enough. We want her identity for our publication. Our freakishly OCD need to be thorough & complete extends to complete uncensored media. So if you know that your neighbor was one of them, send their name & pic in for a large reward. We aren’t expecting a family member to give them up. Read about each of them, see & hear their interviews HERE.

UPDATE 7/26: Explanation of our information: After deep digging & gradual convincing, a family member of Officer Patrick Rehder’s became a source by hoping to extinguish this situation once & for all so that the scrutiny & chaos surrounding the individuals involved would stop. They envisioned having to go into hiding like George Zimmerman if someone did not answer to the conspiracies & skepticism. The family member confirmed in a phone call that they saw a text call log with the name “George” associated with it, time stamped 5:51PM eastern. Family member also confirmed phone records show a series of calls prior to 7/17 between the Officer & the same number labelled “George” in the phone.

Officer Patrick Rehder wiped out his Facebook & Twitter accounts, first going private with FB until deleting it completely – following the lead of crash mom Dana Gerstle who already deleted her Facebook the day before. However, crash mom’s twitter remains (it has the only online mention that a crash indeed happened). An irrelevant side note is that Patrick Rehder has announced to his closest family & friends that his wife Constance Rehder is pregnant & that they are expecting a second child. It is not a coincidence that the media has stopped their coverage of this staged car accident hero hoax story. The state / Sheriff’s Office set out to calm the unease in the county, & this was a brilliant plan. Wait for the next accident to occur nearby & have George Zimmerman spring into action. It is a PR move. Quite smart & logical actually. So per our source’s hopes & plan, indeed the staged hoax publication quieted this story as the majority has written this incident off as a staged hoax now. After the victims of the crash cancelled their press conference in the wake of our staged hoax being published, the media completely backed off too. Is the media really known to do that? No, but when you sensationalize a story about how Zimmerman was a hero in saving a family from a car on fire & now it’s become a staged hoax, you put your tail between your legs & go home. That’s what the media has done. We will continue digging for the origination of this orchestration, but as of now there is nothing new to report. We can say with absolute certainty that our source is valid & showed us an image they took of the officer’s phone log via Skype. The chat was not being recorded. We thought it was just a follow up interview from our previous phone call that revealed the initial link between Officer & Zimmerman.

There is a reason why there has been no objection from Officer Patrick Rehder, the Sheriff’s Office, or any party involved as to the facts that have been uncovered regarding the staged hoax of George Zimmerman being tipped off. Because no one is objecting, the media has nothing new to report & like the overdramatic “saving” aspect that they sensationalized to start this – now they feel stupid about this staged hoax. It’s all quiet on the western front & there is no reason for Officer Patrick Rehder to be “in hiding” for those that assume he is because of his deleted social media. He is a public officer, & if he truly had no role or knowledge of a script being played out at the next convenient accident to happen – then he would be publicly stating that. Now there is a rumor in the comments below that says he is related to crash victim mother Dana Gerstle. We haven’t been able to confirm this, but if true, what an explosive extra layer.

We are glad to have played our role in stripping George Zimmerman from salvaging even a shred of humanity to his name – he is a sex offender, a bully, & a killer.

UPDATE 7/31: Below is the dash cam video from an officer in Forney, Texas – about 20 miles east of Dallas, who pulled over a driver for speeding westbound on Highway 80 just past FM 548. It turns out, to the Officer’s surprise, it was George Zimmerman. When the officer was immediately shown & told of a gun in the open glove compartment, the officer responded by pushing his sunglasses up on his forehead, drawing his gun with his left hand & staring cautiously into the cab. The officer asked “where are you going“,& ZImmerman replies, “No where in particular.” This prompted the officer to ask “Why is that?”, & Zimmerman responds “Did you notice who I am?” The officer looks at the driver’s license again & reacts with, “Wow! what a coincidence.” The cop told him to close his glove compartment & said “don’t play with your firearm, OK?” as he went to check on any outstanding warrants before letting him off with just a warning.

We looked into if whether Zimmerman may have broke any state laws when he drove from Florida & passed through Alabama, Mississippi & Louisiana before reaching Texas, but all of those states have reciprocity agreements with Florida. Now that he is in Texas, there are a handful of states that he better not try to pack that heat in without going through the proper procedures first. Zimmerman doesn’t like following directions, at least not from 911 dispatchers or when young female cousins try to tell him NO, so we will see what the future holds for George Zimmerman, but he is now likely settled near Dallas Texas & he IS armed.

We would love the officer’s name so that we can look him up online just as we did with Florida’s Officer Patrick Rehder to confirm indeed that this is yet another white cop who is a pro Zimmerman supporter. Haven’t heard of people getting pulled over on the highway just to be given a warning. You got to be going pretty fast to get pulled over on the freeway. If you happen to recognize the officer, send it to info@NewsBall.com Don’t these dash cams just come in handy?

Speaking of dash cams, or the lack of, & about Officer Patrick Rehder & the staged hoax, we have updates to report. (IN THE WORKS) CHECK BACK MIDDAY THURSDAY.

  1. The mainstream media’s just doing Echo-Chamber ‘Reporting’ and stenographing whatever claptrap Zimmerman’s spin-doctor, O’Mara, blathers. No investigation, no real journalism. Typical.

  2. “Longtime supporter (& one source still being investigated by NB is claiming friend) of George Zimmerman, Officer Patrick Rehder’s cell phone records reveal a text or call to George Zimmerman right after the 5:47 PM crash was called in.”

Where are these cell phone records?

“The phone records, coupled with a source confirming to NB that George Zimmerman is in possession of a police scanner (like the wannabee cop he continues to be) so that he can listen in to accidents in the area “in need of a super hero.””

Will you share this source and the evidence they provide?

    1. Phone records are not in our hands yet. Maybe our source is Patrick’s wife, who saw the exchange between Zimmerman on his phone. Maybe our source is Patrick’s father, who saw the exchange between Zimmerman on his phone. Maybe our source is Patrick’s close friend, who saw the exchange between Zimmerman on his phone. We are not going to reveal our source. That is the only type of name that remains confidential (if requested) at NewsBall.

        1. We saw the proof. We were not given a copy. Phone records prove Zimmerman was tipped off to the crash. & a family member confirmed via phone seeing the proof in his phone. They were trying to end this speculation, end the story, & end the scrutiny. It worked. We reported it, the staged facts of the story went viral, & the family cancelled their press conference. The media isn’t bothering to report anymore on it. Case closed. We are still digging, but unless more comes to light, we too are moving on.

Anyone believing in a coincidence timed so perfectly right after a verdict & race tensions/protests is not being realistic.

  3. Opinion needs to be left to the op-ed and letters to the Editor areas of the Media. Conjecture in an article reduces the validity of fact. Collectively ” We as Americans” should change the law. Not piss and moan about it’s ineffectiveness. When we do that,we continue to take the placebo and then wonder why the headache remains.

  4. Anyone griping that those poor widdle jurors might be outted and then be bashed on the internet or fear for their lives, WELCOME to Trayvon’s, Sybrina’s and Tracy’s world!!! None of them deserved the hate they’ve received on tv and the internet. They are the ONLY victims in this story, all because of a child killer cop wannabe. Well, because of him and his racist supporters. I’d love to ask each and every one of them, how’d they feel if a creepy stranger was following THEIR child.

    Way to go NewsBall!

    1. What world do you live in where Sybrina and Tracy are the ones fearing for their lives, forced into hiding by people publicly calling for their blood on twitter and every other conceivable outlet while getting scarcely any reprimands? They’re likely millionaires by now with all the money they got from the home owners settlement and the money they made off trademarking phrases related to the case. The hatred has overwhelmingly been on Zimmerman, turned into an international pariah by a shameless media propaganda campaign and the president himself- the latter of who’s commentary on a case like this is virtually unprecented in American history, and who STILL wouldn’t shut up about it- all by people who are just SO SURE that he’s a crazed racist monster who gunned down a poor, sweet, innocent little black child in cold blood- and regarding that, repeat after me:

      A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child. A 5’11 17 year old is not a child.

Trayvon’s parents had every right to question the police investigation, but they made this into an international firestorm and a political issue. They’ve helped stir up racial divisions in this country that haven’t been seen in years. They are to a large extent attention mongers. And while I doubt any parent would want a stranger trying to approach them on a rainy night, I doubt they’d want them to go back and confront them- and from what virtually all evidence points to, assaulting him- when they’re a 5’11 17 year old black teen compared to a 5’7 overweight hispanic male pushing 30 with houses on all sides to go to for help, and when their friend told them to keep running, but refused.

Here’s those poor victims, along with their lawyers and Al Sharpton, giving a speech while Black Panther thugs pass out bounties for Zimmerman- which is ILLEGAL- at 1:41: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=fXSjn28QUU0

I doubt that’ll deter you though, since you cheer on NewsBall not only trying to out the jurors- which I’m quite sure is illegal as well- but even planning to REWARD people who will help in the outing.

Still, great job on further illustrating the shameless, delusional, bloodthirsty mob justice behind the supporters of Trayvon Martin.

        1. Keep defending your precious, sweet, innocent, cherubic 12-13 year old Baby Trayvon who was a 5’11 17 year old with an undeniable history of violence and delinquency that was far more recent and persistent than Zimmerman’s 2 2005 arrests for violence(the only in his entire life, and his “kicking the shit” was a minor altercation that only resulted in him attending an alcohol addiction class): http://www.americanthinker.com/2013/05/m-new_evidence_shows_trayvons_life_unraveling.html

  5. Btw,

As I stated yesterday, I private messaged Officer Patrick Rehder on his Facebook page shortly before he made it private, or took it down all together, as he did his rarely used twitter account.

Here is what I wrote him:

So tell me Officer Rehder, what’s up with the newsball.com article about George Zimmerman “saving” that family after their SUV turned over?

He just happened to be riding along and came up on that by absolute pure coincidence? Just a mere 4 days after being found not guilty. The most hated man in America right now, fearing for his safety and his family’s safety, who has been in hiding before the trial and all during it, all of a sudden, STILL living in the same area, wants to roam around about a mile or so from where he shot & killed Trayvon Martin, just 4 days after being found not guilty?

I’m supposed to believe that nonsense?

Where are the pics from the accident? Witness statements? Why isn’t George Zimmerman mentioned anywhere in the report I saw? Also I noticed that you didn’t sign the report. Why?

And I’m not even fully believing that newsball article by itself. I’ve taken that and all the other reports I’ve read and it just all seems a little to coincidental. Something doesn’t smell right in the kitchen Officer Rehder.

I can only imagine what it would do to your career as a law enforcement officer if it comes out that the events after the “accident” turn out to be a fabricated story.

But best of luck to you sir…

  6. Newsball,

Don’t worry about the others complaining on here. This is some great reporting. And you’ve uncovered something here. It’s all over twitter! It’s only a matter of time before this whole “hero” story turns out to be a fabricated one and is on every major news channel.

Now, can we talk about your site design please? 🙂

  7. I find it funny, especially when everyone says they want equality, that people in various news outlets are still very quick to point out white or black. It’s the 5th word in the title. Racism will never end if the media keeps up with these types of behavior. I didn’t really follow the trial all that much, but I will point out that calling Zimmerman white is a bit of a stretch anyways, he’s half Latino and half Jewish. I’m in no way saying Trayvon deserved to die, I wasn’t there and don’t know the truth of what happened. Likely, racial slurs were said by both sides. At the risk of sounding racist, which I promise you i’m not, I wonder if there would have been national coverage had the security guard been black and the person shot had been white, or if they were both black or both white. The point I’m making here is with media and other outlets making these types of acts about race and not about just the crime, we will never see an end to racism. I’m sorry but black, white, yellow, red, brown, we all still bleed red and are all still human.

    1. I’m so tired of this trope. Mentioning race does NOT perpetuate racism. In fact, in court cases where race is frequently mentioned, people seem to be more aware of implicit racial bias then when, such as this case, it is not mentioned at all. Noting skin color in and of itself doesn’t have any more meaning than noting hair color. It’s what people DO with that information, how it shapes their perception, that’s important. Closet racists (and mind you, I’m not saying you’re one) seem to repeat this misconception the most often, to shift attention to those who are fighting against racism by *not* putting their heads in the sand.

i also must tell you that, despite what the folks at Stormfront might believe, Jews are and Hispanics can be white. Plus, white in this racial context is really just shorthand for “caucasian” in the same way black is for “negroid”, but the common terms really lack accuracy. When you switch the terms so flippantly, you end up referring to Arabs and East Indians as “white”, regardless of how dark their skin is.

  8. I had been questioning the validity of this from the start. Zimmerman can pull a full grown man from an SUV but gets his a** handed to him by a teenager?

        1. They’re different because Jason is afraid of black teenagers and thinks they all deserve to die. Self-defense?? That’s for white people, sorry

    1. LOL this is new age bro. I’m the writer & I don’t even know what the hell the definitions of right wing or left wing are. & I don’t define myself as conservative or liberal. All those labels are for the baby boomers. It’s such crap. Just like your labels & portrayals to justify why Trayvon Martin deserved to die. Disgusting.

      1. Trayvon Martin didn’t deserve to die just because he was a worthless thug nigger who would never amount to anything. Trayvon Martin deserved to die because he ATTACKED A MAN AND BEAT HIS HEAD AGAINST THE CONCRETE, you ignorant, race-baiting, deranged faggot.

        1. He punched someone in the face — someone who had been stalking him as he walked home. He’s a 17 year old kid who was stalked by a 29 year old man. Did you look at any of the evidence? Zimmerman did not have his head “beaten” against the concrete. He had two “insignificant” (testimony from a medical expert on the stand) lacerations on the back of his head, inconsistent with the injuries someone would sustain from having their head repeatedly slammed into the concrete. They were likely self inflicted from rolling around on the sidewalk.

          1. Yeah you’re right, ignite. A tough, thuggish buck nigger (who had already been repeatedly suspended from school for fighting) couldn’t possibly beat up a fat, out of shape Mexican. I’m sure no one has ever died from being beaten to death by a nigger, too.

And a man couldn’t possibly have had his head slammed on the pavement twice, sustaining minor injuries, and think in the heat of the moment, “This guy’s going to beat me unconscious/dead!” and decide it’s a good idea to shoot him. Given that Zimmerman couldn’t overpower him physically, and when adrenaline rushes through your body in the midst of a fight and you’re having your head slammed on the fucking sidewalk, you might have done the same thing in his position, you pussy faggot.

Man up. Zimmerman did away with a worthless nigger. A known thief, caught red-handed with stolen jewelry just months earlier, who was snooping around the neighborhood, looking suspicious, picked a fight, and got himself killed, and the majority of America knows it. Good riddance to a future inmate/murderer/worthless thug nigger.

          2. Also, ignite, I guess being followed is justification for assault to your worthless shitlib mind, huh?

          3. I outlined the fallacy of Trayvon being stalked on the previous page (though watch this video for Rachel Jeantel also claiming Trayvon lost him, and she told him to keep running, but he ignored her: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=BhgLtjjvHtQ), but you don’t have to suffer serious injuries to use self-defense, and regardless of the severity of Zimmerman’s injuries, you don’t have to suffer serious head wound to pass out or begin to lose consciousness. This is what Zimmerman has testified.

The medical examiner who started all this is also not reliable: http://www.clickorlando.com/news/more-complaints-on-jacksonville-medical-examiner-dr-valerie-rao/-/1637132/20809628/-/37ivkqz/-/index.html

          4. Zimmerman tried to kick the shit out of an ATF agent, Good Saint Zimmerman the Rapist

  9. I am not impressed at all with the fact that NewsBall has painted a huge target on the car crash victims by putting their personal info, including e-mail addresses, screen caps from Facebook pages, and the husband’s work info, online.

    This is wildly irresponsible behavior.

As for the blogger complaining that the family hasn’t said much about the crash on Facebook, maybe this blogger is too stupid to understand that, because Facebook allows users to attach different privacy settings to different posts, not all of a family’s status updates are necessarily going to be publicly viewable.

The blogger is also offering “large rewards” for the names and pictures of the Zimmerman jurors. This blogger is determined to get somebody killed.

Ironically, the blogger writes, “…now the Gerstle’s [SIC] are being terrorized at their home, afraid they will become targets for hate mobs.”

Uh, yeah, and you helped those hate mobs find them, buddy.

    1. “wildly irresponsible behavior”.

We take that as a compliment.

This is a cold cold industry to break into & we are going to carve our niche with absolutely uncensored news. No person is safe from the wrath of public exposure & scrutiny if they are in the news. This goes for rape victims, underage suspects, jurors, lottery winners trying to remain secret, park employee attendants that ignore woman’s pleas for help before falling to their death, etc. Rewards are just a part of the exciting features coming when we unveil Facebook 2.0 after we receive angel funding!

We don’t concern ourselves with the butterfly effect, sir. Just like lawyer’s don’t concern themselves with who their clients are going to kill once they get them off of murder, or who the child molesters are going to molest when they get them off of those crimes. We have a business to run here. Sucks, but true. I’d rather win the lottery & scrap this, but instead this is our path, & we will grow & compete with the best of them.

      1. You’re not going to have much luck breaking into the news industry if you don’t have a reputation for ethical, responsible, unbiased reporting.

Trust me on that point. I’m in the industry. I know what I’m talking about. Even the National Enquirer would have a problem with how you’re going about things.

        1. Plenty of curious readers that follow a news story are sick of being told UNIDENTIFIED VICTIM, UNIDENTIFIED SUSPECT, over & over & over.
They come here & they are shown who they were deprived of knowing everywhere else.

          1. …wow, I’ve lost so much respect for this site. Are you a dumb ass? Do you ever imagine people want to STAY unidentified specifically so assholes like you don’t target them and make their private lives public?
I truly hope you assholes get shut down.

          2. Shut down by the tooth fairy? Love it when people talk out their ass. Think happy thoughts! shut down, shut down, shut down & maybe it will happen, eh?

Sorry, we are here to stay. There is no shut down button.

We are NewsBall – UNCENSORED NEWS. Maybe you did not understand the concept. We plan to continue to make headlines. NO ONE will remain unidentified that is part of a news story that people are curious to know more about.

      2. LOL. Author is a slimeball.

The only reason the identities of the jury would matter is to intentionally put them at risk. If somehow you do reveal their identities and some moron uses that information to do harm then its on your hands hands and a lawsuit you won’t be able to crawl your way out of…There’s a reason why they keep their identities a secret.

        1. Yeah, and if Zimmerman never shot an unarmed teenager, nobody would give a crap about any of this. Instead we have murderers and apologists running around

      3. “We don’t concern ourselves with the butterfly effect, sir.” If you knew anything about media ethics, you would be. This could get you sued.

          1.
we are judgment proof & we encourage lawsuits
Yeah. That argument won’t hold up in court

          2. You don’t understand.

We wouldn’t even argue. Well we might just to drag it out & cost them more, but we are not worried about arguments because we do not care. Amazing concept, right?

Ladies & gentleman, welcome to the first news outlet that is not worried about political correctness! We will name anyone involved in a news story – rape victim, underage suspect, park employee that ignores a woman so she falls off a roller coaster to her death, juror/jury or lottery winner trying to stay hidden.

      4. “No person is safe from the wrath of public exposure & scrutiny if they are in the news. This goes for rape victims

You are truly the bottom of the barrel of the dregs of humanity. Please kill yourself. You are pure, deranged, human filth.

        1. Nice guys finish last my friend. Especially in this cutthroat business. We have to be assholes to out scoop CNN, Fox, TMZ sometimes. Every dog has it’s day & our ways get us the exclusive every once in a while. Those at the top can afford to be Mother Teresa’s.

          1. Oh, the classic “EVERYBODY ELSE IS DOING IT” so that perfectly excuses you being a remorseless scumbag as well? And you earnestly expect your little blog to ever compete with multi-billion dollar news outlets even if you use the same tactics?

I guess your flimsy little conspiracy theory found a niche with how the facebook rec’s keep rising, but it doesn’t take much to look around- from your bounty on outing the jurors to your comments, or your pathetic attacks on the family in this very article- to see the kind of filth you are.

Compare your article to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ebu6Yvzs4Ls

While this report repeats the lies that he had liver damage from lean (page 6 of the autopsy says otherwise, and he had very, very trace elements of THC, nothing more), it’s a far better piece of reporting than what you’ve strung together so far, and is making far greater rounds than you. This actually convinced me that Trayvon could have been using what he bought to make lean. It doesn’t prove he was high that night or was an abuser, but what an astonishing indictment of the media propaganda.

          2. Oh, no one is doing what we do. Be sure of that. We encourage lawsuits by sue happy individuals that don’t like we are politically incorrect with our-no-holds bar approach.

          3. You’re right, because scarcely anybody else would so willingly throw away their credibility like you have in these comments. You flat out brag about having no morals or ethics whatsoever and think some anonymous creep(s) with a blog will ever compete with Fox, CNN etc. People doubt the mainstream media for countless reasons, but very rarely do you ever see people consistently brag about their desperation for a scoop, their complete lack of morals and take insults thrown their way with pride. And again, “the butterfly effect” as an excuse? Really? I again can’t name a single person who’s ever resorted to that. Absolutely incredible.

You are a sociopath. Anything else you say or produce should be taken with a virtual grain of salt. It’s not like your credibility was already rock bottom with you putting up a reward for outing the jurors or everything else I’ve outlined, but there’s no more reason whatsoever to take anything you say seriously. You may brag about your immunity to lawsuits, but again, it doesn’t take much to see what you really are and how you shouldn’t be trusted in the least. It’s also, once again, a perfect illustration of the deluded, Soviet-styled mob justice behind the prosecution of Zimmerman and the creation of Saint Skittles.

Zimmerman’s acquittal is a massive middle finger to the kind of race hustling and liberal narratives on race that have perverted this country for far too long. This man had a titanic media campaign against him, a judge clearly against him, pressure from literally the highest level of government- and faces government persecution to this very day- and possibly even international, what with Jesse Jackson going to the UN- and they ALL LOST. It’s a great sign that this won’t happen again. And while I don’t even know if you’re on their side, a blog like this thrives in the kind of environment and time that allowed something as pathetic as this case to grow as big as it did, and I’ll take it as a great sign that some day, a piece of shit like you won’t have an audience.

          4. Sounds like sdfsdfsdf is sad, the world is passing him by. He plays the moral outrage card, then reveals himself to be totally biased! Who would have thought

          5. Funny you’d throw the accusations of “moral outrage” and “bias” when that’s all that’s motivated this case from the outset. But you have fun swallowing the words of a sociopath like Newsball, you’d make a great follower in any regard.

  10. Holy Moly that was some impressive research!

I felt this story was BS from the beginning and it would only be a short matter of time before it was debunked.

Awesome work and I will look for updates from you 🙂

    1. Thank you for looking into this. It always seem too fake for words, and it was driving me crazy that it wasn’t being looked into further. The truth had to be brought out, and I applaud your work!

  11. you’re another reason everyone on social media networks have to make their pages totally private.
i won’t say anything else because you will probably hunt me down and annihilate me.

  12. So I watching watching the video on juror B37.

She mentioned that she plays Candy Crush saga. which most likely means she has a facebook page. people who play that game spam their facebook friends for “lives” to continue playing past certain levels.

    1. Good lead. Indeed she stated all she does is play candy crush & feed her pets. She was so full of it. We decided that so few people know who these jurors are that no amount of reward will get the immediate family members to squeal. Seems not even neighbors know – or they would have squealed.

  13. Just curious. How could you put watermarks on photos that you do not own, did not take, and have no right to publish without accreditation? Good thing none were mine or you would be sued to high heaven.

    1. Good thing we are judgement proof. We welcome lawsuits. We are disappointed at the lack of them this year…

& FYI, anyone posting anything on a social network loses all rights to any of the content.

We do it so thieves & lazy news outlets cant steal from us. We already have a problem with Radar Online & TMZ stealing our exclusives from us. We put a lot of work into our articles.

      1. I appreciate the research and hope more can be corroborated. But this:
        >> & FYI, anyone posting anything on a social network loses all rights to any of the content.

We do it so thieves & lazy news outlets can’t steal from us. We already have a problem with Radar Online & TMZ stealing our exclusives from us.

Wow, lack of understanding of basic copyright law and hypocrisy.

No, people who post things on social networks do not lose all rights. They retain their rights unless they explicitly assign them to someone else, just like any other copyright holder. Copyright law applies to everyone, even mere social network users. This is Copyright 101 level stuff here. If you don’t understand this you have no business engaging in intellectual-property-dependent activities like running a news site, much less whining about others stealing your “exclusives”.

… betrays a severe lack of knowledge of property rights and ownership. So much so in fact that it makes me question your knowledge and methods. Fact, you’ve stolen them. Fact, you are beyond fair use. Fact, an art museum is a public place but you don’t get to take anything from it.

& FYI, anyone posting anything on a social network loses all rights to any of the content.

          1. As much as I liked this reading, I did find it disturbing how you pretty much e-stalked that family.
Second, don’t go complaining about Big Brother if you act the same. :/

          2. First line from your link: “A recent U.S. court decision clarified that media organizations cannot assume that photos shared via Twitter are rights-free, to be used as though they were in the public domain.”

How does this support your contention that “anyone posting anything on a social network loses all rights to any of the content.”

The interesting and complex debate in your link is about sites that have in their TOS licensing agreements with the rights holders of content (i.e. their users who are posting their own copyrighted material) and which ones include language allowing reuse by third-parties, many of which don’t. Did you even read it?

Even if a social network’s TOS said users agree to lose their rights to things they posted, however legally dubious such terms may be, they would be losing it to the owner of the network, not to the public domain or third-parties like you.

You simply don’t know what you’re babbling about.

          3. You simply don’t realize your wasting your time. If we use your facebook profile then you can go ahead and sue us – for the value of LOSS that you incurred as a result of our profits taking from your revenues you were generating from your facebook default image. Does it take a math wizard to see that equals $0? We would love to see a lawsuit alleging theft of one’s social network picture. You have to prove damages!!!!

          4. Financial loss is only one factor. Someone as unapologetic as you will not do well in court when it comes to other factors. Willful usually results in punitive damages. If it was easy as you believe, so many others would be doing it. Just because a lot of people do it doesn’t make it legal.

          5. “If it was easy as you believe, so many others would be doing it. Just because a lot of people do it doesn’t make it legal.”

Which is it? A lot are doing it, or not many?

      2. Facebook and Twitter is a playground for weirdos, stalkers, and newspeople. Glad I have NO FB nor Twitter. No way!

  14. Great research here. It definitely should give anyone pause at the very least. BTW some people have been spreading this info to the MSNBC website especially today after Mark O’Mara had to cancel the news conference with the family involved:

    http://tv.msnbc.com/2013/07/24/family-rescued-by-zimmerman-chooses-to-stay-silent/

Interesting development to say the least. I’d keep on top of this if I were you. It seems that things are developing and I am sure if you can provide ironclad research that MSNBC would probably be interested in it. Heck maybe CNN would be interested as well.

Again…GREAT research… I am going to be following developments on this one.

  15. But where is the evidence on this page? I don’t see any, of any kind.

Lot of speculating and profiling on the basis of anti-cop stereotypes, and beliefs about what George Zimmerman “would probably do”, but not a shred of evidence here. Your whole case seems to rest on two things: “No social media mentions of the accident”. Yeah, except when the mother DOES mention it on Twitter, and nevermind that the great majority of ppl’s FB posts are private (mine is a good mix of public, private, and even more limited private posts). In fact, my spouse and I were in a major accident in February, just a few miles in fact from this family’s accident, and I can guarantee you there are no tweets, public FB updates, photos, or videos of it anywhere on the internet.

And second is the supposed existence of a “phone call or text message to george zimmerman”. Well, which is it? They would look completely different on phone records. That you don’t know, suggests that you haven’t seen any. And why do you mysteriously ‘forget’ to show these records, or at least name their source, or just -mention- how they know about them?

Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Not that I don’t think Zimmerman and his supporters would be retarded enough to stage something like this, but it seems like there’d be some evidence, the story brought out sooner, and perhaps, you know, some -black- people rescued?

  16. Yeah, if you took all my photos of me and my family off of Facebook and posted my email address on your website, I would delete my Facebook and ignore you too. This is an invasion of privacy for these people. It’s tacky, and I can take none of your amateur “investigative journalism” seriously. These are real people. Have some tact.

    1. We gave them a chance. They didn’t want to show us some decency. So we went all out.
& plenty of news outlets – much bigger then us – DO take us seriously & have referred to our reports in their articles. Scroll to the bottom: Radar online, examiner, today show, etc.
Tact is not what we are in the business for. Mass media practices tact, & minor laws, & rape shield laws. We reveal anyone affecting anyone else in a news story. Uncensored news. Sorry if this isn’t your cup of tea.

  17. trayvon sat in the morgue for THREE days! Really? I don’t believe that – his family loved that child ….someone would have been looking for this child quickly…am I missing something?

  18. Well,
I had private messages Officer Rehder about this article and my concerns and questions regarding the whole accident and story.

His Facebook page was public. Which meant anyone could see his posts and the comments on those posts.

Well, after sending him my message, he has since made his Facebook private and I can no longer see the other posts, or comments. Lol

    1. Typical. Everyone is remaining silent. The Gerstle family won’t talk, the officer has refused to interview with us, but our source has confirmed that the Officer did contact Zimmerman shortly after the 5:47pm accident. It was to tip him off & set the staged heroics in motion.
